Winter holidays in Ötztal

Zwieselstein is positioned between two world class ski regions, the International World Cup resort of Sölden (1.377 m) and the traditional mountain resort of Obergurgl (2000 m). The smaller resort of Vent, home to Tyrol’s highest mountain, the Wildspitze (3768) is situated a short drive to the west.

Snow is guaranteed from October to May due to the high altitude (3.250 m) and 2 glacier ski areas, Rettenbach and Tiefenbach.

Skiing

The Ötztal offers wonderful ski regions in direct proximity: Ski-Arena Sölden-Hochsölden, Obergurgl-Hochgurgl, Ötz-Hochötz.
